In particular, moderators use question preliminaries, question animation, question closings, and respondent selection to manage the progressivity of the sequence. They also use cohesive practices to make hearable ties between the written and spoken interaction to render the Q&A session more informative and comprehensible. These findings constitute a step toward identifying, on a micro-analytic level, certain “best practices” (Zoumenou et al., 2015) for webinar facilitation. | ||
