Abstract
This chapter first introduces basic features of discursive social psychology. It then goes on to discuss the contribution of discursive psychology (DP) to researching contested and troubled pasts. Finally, the chapter discusses some of the key tenets of an emerging interdisciplinary dialogue between DP and history.
