Abstract
The paper offers illustrations of a discursive analytical approach arising from a social constructionism developed in social psychology. The notion of discursive positioning embedded in the conception of fully discursive production of subjectivity is exemplified by analyses of those fragments of data where a transition between positions available to a person takes place. Analysis is accomplished at three levels – sequential, positional and at the level of social fields participants call for in their activities. Potential contribution of “psychological” constructionism for wider social theory is discussed in short.
