Abstract
This chapter outlines the use of video recordings as a way to analyse and gain knowledge about collaborative aspects of the arrangement of tellership in storytelling by couples where one person is living with dementia. It describes how video recording can be used to explore the intricate interplay within couples in a particular context of an interview, and it also provides a brief description of conversation analytic methodology and its development regarding video analysis. In addition, the chapter discusses the significance of detailed analysis of talk and other resources in interaction including gaze, gestures, body movements, etc.
