Birte Asmuß

Biography

Birte Asmuß is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Communication at Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research area is talk-in-interaction in various institu- tional settings including formal and informal meeting talk, performance appraisal inter- views and public service talk. She is interested in topics such as affiliation and alignment, entitlement and multimodality, and in activity types such as requests and proposals.
