Details:

April 14th 2022, MJ Hill of UCLA CA working group presents a work-in-progress by Kevin Whitehead, MJ Hill, and J Sterphone titled "Toward an Ethnomethodological Theory of Race." This talk is hosted by UCLA's Conversation Analysis Working Group, but they're ultimately aiming for an audience unfamiliar with (or even skeptical of) ethnomethodological approaches to race, so we'd be grateful for any feedback that would help us identify issues and ways to improve. Please feel free to share with anyone you think might be interested. Join via Zoom link in Weblink space!
