4th Resistance day 2019:

Details:

We are delighted to announce that the 4th edition of ‘Resistance Day’ will take place on the 10th of April 2019 at York St John University. The event is a one-day research seminar comprising data sessions and a keynote speech which will be delivered by Dr Stephen Gibson on the topic of resistance in the (in)famous Milgram ‘Obedience’ experiments.

We welcome participants interested in having a data session on any aspect related to ‘resistance’ as an interactional phenomenon. There are five data session slots available and they will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please email Bogdana Huma (b.huma@yorksj.ac.uk) before the 1st of February 2019 if you are interested in reserving a data session.

If you would like to attend the event (without brining data) please get in touch as well, so that we can gauge the number of attendees, as all previous seminars were fully booked.

Best wishes,

Bogdana & Jack
