Abstract

Within the framework of our search which is of the ethno-methodology, we were brought to wonder about the underlying epistemological posture. If authors assert that the social sciences are inevitably comprehensive and are of one other paradigm than the sciences of the nature, a bend by the anthropology shows that this point of view is not shared. The typologies of the epistemological paradigms include under the same label of the perspectives and the very different postures. So, the ethno-methodology is likened to a micro-sociology, what as it is not. The ethno-methodology is before any a praxeology, which leads to specify again the concepts and to do it, sets up rigorous criteria scientific. The positioning of the ethno-methodology at the ontological, epistemological and methodological levels is specified.
